Stress Management Training & Workshops

WSM can provide Stress Management for both individuals and managers. The aim of these one or two day stress management workshops is to empower your teams by developing skills to deal with stressful situations in a more efficient manner. These workshops identify the sources of the stress, recognise the symptoms of stress and can empower delegates to develop coping strategies. The workshops can be conducted either in-house in an appropriate setting or at a local venue.

Personal Stress Training

This workshop gives employees an understanding of the importance of managing stress and tools for positive change. Through increasing awareness and improved communication of these issues in the workplace, employees are able to handle stress more competently.

A practical, interactive workshop designed for all levels of employee who want to improve their personal effectiveness and performance. Each person attending one of the workshops will leave the training with a personal action plan.

 

Stress Training for Managers & Teams

This course is designed for managers at any level to help them spot stress in their team, and how stressful situations can affect employees in the workplace. Many aspects of managing stress as an individual employee remain, and included is training around managing stress in a team.

This course enables managers to feel more confident about approaching an employee to discuss a stress related issue.
