Dyslexia & Job Suitability Assessments

Dyslexia (and Specific Learning Difficulties) affects approximately one in ten. Organisations will employee people who are dyslexic or have dyslexic tendencies.

Dyslexia is not an illness and does not require 'treatment.' Dyslexia is a learning difficulty that can be easily identified and easily helped. Awareness is everything. A simple diagnostic assessment can change someone's life and allow them to not only be aware of their strengths and weaknesses but also allow them to implement very simple and effective aids and coping strategies.
