•  Consultancy for employers - Comprehensive introductory consultancy for employers of all sizes, covering legal issues relating to stress management, the business case, best practice, creating an internal stress policy and practical implementation of stress management at all levels of the organisation.

•  Critical Incident Debriefing - A comprehensive professional critical incident debriefing service for the effective management of a variety of workplace incidents ranging from armed robbery to a death in the workplace.

•  Return to Work Interviews - Conducted by WSM's Occupational Psychologist, return to work interviews are a highly effective way for employers to manage and achieve resolution in situations where employees are already, or may become long term sickness absence cases. Especially effective in dealing with stress-related absence management.

•  Workplace mediation & Dispute Resolution - Resolve inter-personal workplace conflict and disputes through mediation and intervention. An effective way of re-building damaged team relationships and of avoiding costly litigation in serious instances of workplace conflict.

•  Dyslexia & Job Suitability Assessments - Dyslexia & job suitability assessments are conducted by WSM's Occupational Psychologist and can help identify whether a performance related problem, or conflict with a manager is related to a job suitability issue, such as dyslexia.

•  Smoking Cessation Hypnotherapy - Proven effective treatment to support employees in stopping smoking. Hypnotherapy is an effective and clinically proven method of breaking unwanted habits quickly, easily and comfortably. Can also be used to support a number of other issues such as phobias, anxiety and insomnia.

•  Stress Management Training & Workshops - On-site workshops, tailored to your organisational requirements, for both employees and managers. Courses cover legal duty of care, identifying signs of stress and coping strategies at both an individual and organisational level.
