Account Management & Usage Reporting

Upon implementing a WSM EAP service you are allocated a dedicated Account Manager.

WSM's approach to account management begins long before the launch of the service. It involves developing a partnership to facilitate deep understanding of your organisation's needs and your organisation's objectives in introducing the EAP. Your dedicated Account Manager will utilise this partnership relationship to gain a thorough knowledge of the issues and workings of your organisation.

Usage Reporting

WSM has developed a unique and powerful usage reporting system. Most EAP providers simply send their customers a basic statistical analysis of how many people have used the service in a specific time period - without giving any information on the frequency and range of presenting issues that have been raised by employees.

Every counselling session provided by a WSM counsellor, both telephone and face-to-face, is recorded and evaluated in the same way - using our unique issue monitoring system that records 40 separate potential issues that employees may present with when contacting the WSM employee assistance helpline.

Our usage reports show exactly the quantities of different presenting issues and enable employers to form a clear picture of why employees are using the WSM employee assistance counselling and advice helpline.

WSM supplies every employer with a regular usage report. These can either be quarterly or monthly, depending on your organisation's size and requirements. The detailed usage reports will show:

  • Number of new cases
  • Number of in-bound calls received by the Employee Assistance Helpline
  • Number of counselling sessions provided
  • Gender of Callers
  • Detailed figures on what types of work-related and/or personal, family and domestic issues had been raised by callers.

The above information is shown for each quarter or month that the report is produced, and is also shown as a cumulative total for the contract period.

WSM's unique issue monitoring system enables employers to gain a detailed and comprehensive insight into a wide variety of issues concerning their workforce. This is especially valuable when work-related issues are recorded, as employers can then respond in a pro-active manner to address some of the work-related problems and concerns revealed.

This powerful issue monitoring system operates in such a way that employee's confidentiality and anonymity is never compromised.
