WSM stands by its core values and in doing so maintains the highest standard of professional conduct and practice. Fundamental to WSM's quality management and control is the rigorous selection of fully qualified counsellors, supported by WSM's comprehensive policies and procedures. WSM uses a nationwide network of carefully selected fully qualified counsellors. All of these counsellors have their own established counselling practices, and are experienced in their particular field. WSM works with counsellors across the UK , providing our customers and clients with a network of skilled and trained counsellors providing both telephone and face-to-face counselling services. WSM counsellors are carefully chosen. In particular, WSM requires that our counsellors have established and proven skills at telephone counselling in particular, as well as experience of traditional face-to-face counselling. |
