The WSM team is encouraged to look for improvements to systems, procedures and working practices that can have an impact on the way the WSM service is delivered to our customers and their employees. We adhere to the standards and ethical guidelines of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. WSM is an organisational member of the BACP and EAPA.
Value
The delivery of un-rivalled value for money is integral to WSM's core values and mission. Parts of the UK EAP market have become complacent and staid, with some traditional providers resisting change, competition and reform.
