Work Stress Management (WSM) was established as a specialist and independent Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) provider in 2002 - in direct response to employers who wanted an EAP that was un-complicated, cost effective and of consistent high quality.

The company brings a fresh approach to the traditional EAP market. By concentrating on the core EAP services of counselling, advice and management reporting, we are able to combine high quality service delivery with un-rivalled value for money. WSM focuses on reducing the impact of employee problems in the workplace, as well as supporting individuals coping with a variety of personal, family and domestic issues.

Since it was founded, WSM has grown rapidly - mainly by recommendation - and today offers EAPs to some of the UK's leading employers across a wide range of industry sectors. We provide EAP services to every size of organization, ranging from small companies of under 100 employees, to UK-wide multi-site organisations employing thousands of staff.
